Coverage: Diagnosis within 2 years from date of birth by licensed veterinarian.

Remedy: Your choice of replacement puppy (keep current) or full refund (return puppy).

✗ Not Covered

Accidents, injuries, or trauma
Viral infections (parvo, kennel cough)
Parasites or preventable illnesses
Cosmetic issues (color, size, bites)
Issues from improper care/nutrition

Note: Guarantee void if puppy is bred, neglected, or not kept current on vaccinations.

Your Responsibilities

To maintain this guarantee, you must:

Take puppy to veterinarian for examination within 72 hours of pickup
Keep puppy current on all recommended vaccinations and preventative care
Provide proper nutrition, housing, and medical care
Contact us immediately if health concerns arise
Not breed the puppy (breeding voids guarantee)

Making a Claim

If you believe your puppy has a covered condition:

Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
Have your veterinarian perform examination and diagnostic testing
Provide us with written diagnosis and medical records
We may request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice
Upon confirmation, choose replacement puppy or full refund

Important: All claims must be filed within 2 years of puppy's date of birth. Guarantee is non-transferable.
